Hedley have been touring in support of their platinum selling album “The Show Must Go On” which includes the hit singles, “Cha Ching”, “Don’t Talk to Strangers”, & “Perfect”. Rocking a 19-city Canadian tour than began in Penticton, BC and ends in St. John’s, NL they recently rolled into Toronto, ON to play the Air Canada Center.
After several opening acts and ten thousand screaming fans chanting their name the boys hit the stage. Their performance included songs from their last three albums and such hit singles as “Trip”, "For All The Nights I Can’t Remember”, “She’s So Sorry”, “On My Own”, & “Cha Ching”. One of the highlights of the performance was Chris Crippin’s drum solo and his new cymbal set-up which includes a 42” gong!
After the show Chris Crippin commented “I’m using a 42” gong and headlining a show at the Air Canada Center, not too bad for a little band from Abbotsford, BC!”
Chris and the band have had nine #1 videos on Much Music, three platinum and multi-platinum albums and have won several Much Music Video Awards.
Hedley are currently planning additional U.S. and Canadian tours for later this year.
