Saying Goodbye To Our Friend Lennie Dimuzio

The world of Percussion has lost a friend, a leader and a legend. Lennie DiMuzio − the father of Artist Relations − has passed away.

Those of us in the Sabian family were lucky enough to have had him on our team for the past decade. His personality, ingenuity, humor and friendship will be sorely missed. As Lennie liked to say, “Let the hyde go with the hair, baby!” Although he never explained the origin of this, or many other, “Lennie-isms”, we’re sure that it was meant to sum up his attitude: “We’re all in, and it’s gonna be fun!”

We’ll miss hanging with Lennie – we’ll miss his jokes, idiosyncrasies, props, stories and infectious laugh.

What a guy. What a life!

Godspeed, Lennie D!
