This has been a staple in my arsenal since its inception. It is a beautiful blend between a crash and a china that has a nice bite, smooth decay and just an evil darkness. There are many other trashy crashes but I like how well this one sits in the middle as opposed to the white-noise of the Ozone or the only-slightly trashy sounds of many other models. Great at many volumes and really the only downside is that it is not the most durable Sabian cymbal. I've been through quite a few of them while I have had some others for decades without a crack. But it is a very thin cymbal, and its a crash so it's at higher risk than some other types.
