SABIAN’s Director of Research and Development, Randy Ross, offers his incredible expertise in helping you choose your sound from this collection of unique cymbals.  According to Randy, “There’s life in the metal here you need to feel to believe.”

You can select up to 4 models in total.  Try them out for 14 days.  Keep the cymbals you like. Send back what you don’t.  Return shipping cost is on us.

Here’s how the program works:

1. Once you submit your form, we’ll be in touch to let you know the Soundcheck pricing.  We’ll need you to confirm within 2 business days if you wish to proceed, then it’s off to Randy Ross to start the search through Area 51’s collection of unique prototypes to find the best cymbals for you based on the information you have provided on the form.
2. The cymbals used for Soundcheck program are Area 51 prototypes only.  Currently listed models are not eligible for this program.
3. Once your special selection has been completed, you will be contacted with the final pricing including shipping.  Since we do not take credit card information by email, we’ll arrange to call to obtain your card information.
4. SABIAN will ship your cymbals and once received you’ll have 14 days to try them out and evaluate them. After 14 days, you will be contacted to determine the results and if you wish to return any cymbals. SABIAN will make the arrangements and pay the shipping for any cymbals being returned.
5. Once picked up by the courier, your credit card will be credited the full price of any cymbals returned. (shipping is non-refundable)

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing and delivery of your order.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE SOUNDCHECK PROGRAM, IT IS OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE CONTINENTAL US AND CANADA.

Warranty

All Area 51 cymbals are covered by the same 2-year warranty that all SABIAN’s are protected by. We’ll do our best to replace any cymbal with as close to your original cymbal as possible.
