Designed with legendary Dave Weckl, Legacy is the dark side of Dave’s sound. Vibrant, trashy and beautiful, Legacy Rides offer great articulation over a dark cushion of sound. The 22″ model is a somewhat heavier weight than the 20″ and 21″, resulting in less wash and more stick sound.

Great sounding cymbal!! Its not really a heavy cymbal but the dark sound is great. I sent mine back to Sabian because I thought it had too much wash, and they did additional hammering which made my cymbal an individual sound and really didn't have much wash to really begin with. Best cymbal that I've ever owned. [for those interested it cost me 40.00 for the process and 40.00 for shipping , well worth it ]

Dave Weckl still uses this. One strip of tape and perfect amount ping vs. wash. Love it !!
