Playing drums from the age of 5, Charlie Smaldino began his professional career as a freelance drummer in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. For the past 18 years he has been a professional recording artist, recording with acts such as Kevin Martin (Candlebox), Magna-Fi, Slaughter, Mason Reed and John Rose. He has also performed live with Magna-Fi, Mat Sorum, Disturbed, Spinal Tap, Oleander, Jason Bonham, Collective Soul, Seether, Static-X, Psychedelic Furs, My Chemical Romance, Cheap Trick and many more. Currently, Charlie is the drummer for Magna-Fi, recording 4 albums with the band, and playing a number of world tours.
