Ensemble Biography: The ensemble was established in Spring ’05 as a non-competitive performing group. In Spring ’07, the TJC Indoor Drumline began competing in both the North Texas Color Guard Association and Winter Guard International circuits under Percussion Independent A Class. In that first competitive season, the ensemble was promoted to Percussion Independent Open Class before WGI World Championships. After being promoted, the ensemble took first place in the NTCA Circuit Championships and took eighth place in the 2007 WGI World Championship Finals. In Spring ’08, the ensemble earned the title of Percussion Independent Open Class Champion at the WGI World Championships!
