FAVOURITE SABIAN CYMBAL: AA HOLY CHINA
When I was 15 or 16, I starting playing Sabian B8 cymbals. I’m totally into the sound of the B8 and I still use these cymbals for about over 20 years. My favorite cymbal now is AA Holy China. This cymbal is perfectly insane and has an absolutely wonderful sound. It’s so special to me because it’s got a huge explosion, but it doesn’t have a repulsive sound at all. I think Sabian cymbals are very powerful and have an attractive density of sound no matter what the thinness and thickness of the cymbal.
